Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options (charged per item):

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5 - 10 business days
  • Cost: $5 or may vary during different occasions

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1 - 5 business days
  • Cost: $10 or may vary during different occasions

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including customs processing, weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ONLY ship to Australia

We do not ship to all locations within Australia including, but not limited to, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Fee

Our shipping fees are flat rate for both shipping options and are subject to change at any time.

All shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Tracking information via Australian Post
  • Updates on delivery status

Delivery Issues

Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipment fees for sending the order again

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Report lost packages within 7 days of expected delivery
  • Report damaged items within 14 days of receiving the order 
  • Contact us at support@evabtech.com with order number and details
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Address Changes: Address changes must be requested as soon as possible, but may not be accepted. Changes may not be possible once the item has shipped. Changes may result in additional fees or charges..

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship:

  • Hazardous or prohibited items
  • To locations with shipping restrictions

Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.
